Italy Part 1: Amalfi Coast

So here is my first blog post on our trip to Italy. This blog post covers our time along the Amalfi coast (west coast of Italy), and the next three will cover Rome, Tuscany, and Florence. I'm not going to do too much writing because I think the pictures speak for themselves, although even the pictures fall short of accuratly portraying the beauty that I was able to experience on this trip. If you have any questions feel free to post a comment on my blog and ask me!

This is me going around a curve in the road. (I'm surprised no one is passing me right now :) )

Positano

If life is measured by the moments that take your breath away, my value nearly doubled on this portion of this trip....

Here is a shot of what saw driving around pretty much every bend. The town of Positano.

The combination of coast, town, and mountains on the Amalfi coast is like nothing I've ever seen before.

Capri

This is the boat that we rode from Sorrento (where we parked) to Capri.

The beautiful coast of Capri

This is another tourist boat (obvi) but it gives a sense of scale.

This is one of the grottos that we got to swim around in.
We swam through the grotto and the boat driver met us on the other side.
So COOL.

Orange coral

Another town on the Island. Can you believe this picture?!

AHHH. So beautiful!

The town of Capri

A cool map of Capri.

This is definitely my favorite shot. This was a natural arch that we got to sail underneath.
It was an amazing experience seeing from near to the top.
You guys definitely need to go to this Island if you get the chance!
